Quilling Workshops - Singapore

Dear All,

I have been getting a lot of requests for quilling classes lately and I am more than happy to spread the joy of quilling in Singapore. Thus, I am listing all the relevant information pertaining to the workshops that I am holding in Singapore.

What is Quilling?
Quilling is an intricate form of paper crafting which dates back to Victorian era. It involves rolling of paper strips and shaping them in order to create delicate structures and motifs. Nowadays, uses of quilling are endless- from making your own greeting cards, invitations, gift tags etc. to designing your own personalized jewelry to creating a full fledged wall art. 
"If you can imagine it you can quill it."

Why learn Quilling?

Gain a new hobby - Quilling is a great form of paper craft and anyone can learn it irrespective of age, gender and occupation.
Low cost supplies- The supplies needed to start quilling are usually available around the house and it hardly requires any investment.
Personalise gifts and Invitations - With quilling you can make personalised gifts, invitations, greetings etc. at a much lower cost.
Therapeutic - Quilling has proved to have therapeutic effect on stressed out minds, its a great stress buster and can be pursued anywhere in minimum of spaces as well.
You don't need to wait till the weekend to practice quilling. :)

Levels in Quilling?
Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced
Special course for 'Jewelry and Miniatures', Shadow Boxes

Where are they held?
At present I am holding workshops for corporate as well as individual and small groups.

For those who are closer to West and Central can join in at Bukit Batok. 
For those in the East or those who cannot commute to West by any means - I can drop down to your place if you wish to host a class (Min. 5 participants required).
The same goes for those having a small group, if you can host a class I would be happy to come down.

Present Location - Bukit Batok 

Classes are held on both weekdays and weekends (depending on mutual availability of both the parties).

How many students per class?
From 1 to a maximum of 8. I take both Individual and Group classes depending upon the requirements of the participants.

Where to get the supplies from?
You don't need to get any supplies at all. ALL SUPPLIES PROVIDED for the classes. You just need to bring yourself. :)

Any prior skills required?
None at all! Quilling is fun, easy to learn and you don't need any specific training or skill to learn Quilling.

How to sign up for classes?
Simply email me stating you wish to learn quilling and also what days and timings suit you on justlovecraftsblog@gmail.com and I will get back to you with complete details of the quilling levels.

What will you receive?
You will receive all the supplies for quilling including tools, strips, glue and blank greeting card, bookmark and tag to use during the class. You can take your creations home however tools can be bought at an extremely low price for future use.
